Although basic, it has everything we needed. It was clean and the location is fantastic. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

For a budget hotel, the facilities were very good. Beds were very comfortable, and the lady on reception could not have been more helpful.

Very close to everything! And the host Promise is the best!!!! So kind and helpfull. Location perfect just next to ZEL Beso Beach and the Beach

I read a couple of reviews about the apartments and was apprehensive about what had been complained about, but none of what appeared issues was the case for us. The staff were very helpful on arrival and departure when they kindly arranged a taxi to go to the airport. The apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable. We were pleased with the pool,we could always get sunbeds.

Communication before I got to the apartment was excellent.my room had the most amazing view. The apartment was basic but had everything needed for a 10 day stay.I would love to go back.I know the area very well and Las Palomas is perfect for a beach holiday.

Location was perfect everything within walking distance Bars and restaurants and shops. Close to beach.

The pool was great and the location fantastic for our family of six. Under pressure (mayhem due to a serious storm that grounded all flights off the island) the staff rallied at the last minute to get apartments ready for multiple, last minute reservations... Including having clean linen delivered and cleaning staff working until 1am to check everyone in. Amazing

Having cleaning equipment in the appt. Great location Well laundered bedding OK view Power Shower Well equipped Kitchen Lots of toilet roll. Cleaners didn't knock every day-a bonus! Spar shop right next door
